Quirepace offer a range of service contracts extending from basic preventative maintenance to comprehensive facility management with embedded site-based personnel. We can tailor our services to customers’ requirements.

As a contracting company, with employees working on client sites, we have a duty under HSE and CDM legislation to demonstrate that our employees are competent to carry out their roles safely.

Quirepace are members of the Reset programme which is a central database where details of each employee’s qualifications, experience and training are stored, and which can be accessed by our clients. Our Service Technicians carry a Reset card to provide proof of their identity, skills, qualifications and training.
